CeraVe Moisturizing Cream for Psoriasis Treatment

The formulation includes 2% salicylic acid to provide relief from the itching, scaling, redness, flaking, and irritation associated with psoriasis. Lactic acid is added for gentle exfoliation, and three essential ceramides help promote optimal skin barrier function. The cream also contains moisturizing shea butter, urea, and niacinamide to calm the skin.

Boasting a non-comedogenic, gentle, and non-irritating formula, the CeraVe Psoriasis Cream is fragrance-free, making it suitable for use as a face cream, hand cream, or general moisturizing cream. The inclusion of MVE Technology, a patented delivery system, ensures a continuous release of moisturizing ingredients for 24-hour hydration.

Ceramides, which make up 50% of the lipids in the skin barrier, are an essential component of healthy skin. All CeraVe products, including the Psoriasis Cream, are formulated with three key ceramides (1, 3, and 6-II) to help restore and maintain the skin's natural barrier.

The CeraVe Psoriasis Cream is recognized by the National Psoriasis Foundation and is suitable for those with psoriasis-prone skin. It is also fragrance-free, allergy-tested, and non-comedogenic, making it gentle on the skin.
